Next, we’ll schedule a site visit to measure and capture photos of your space. This step allows our designer to begin crafting a custom layout tailored to your needs and preferences.

Once the design layout is complete, we’ll invite you back for a follow-up appointment to review and refine the design. During this meeting, we’ll make any necessary changes to ensure the layout and finishes align with your vision.

After finalizing the design and selecting finishes, you’ll receive a detailed quote outlining the final materials cost.

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll move forward with a sales contract and place the order for your materials.

Payment Details: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for custom-ordered materials. For Berry’s account holders, your order will be placed and billed when the materials arrive at our store.

We’ll provide you with lead times to help you plan your project timeline. Our designer is always available for guidance and will assist with coordinating installation.

As your project progresses, we will conduct follow-up site visits as needed to ensure everything is installed to perfection.

Once your kitchen or bath project is complete, we may return for professional photography to showcase your beautiful new space on our social media channels or to present it to potential customers.

We will provide you with the photography, allowing you to have stunning images of your finished project for your own use as well.
